that first rib springing feels great to me. i can somehow feel it pulling all the way down into my mid back on the same side. but doesn't help me for long.

I enjoyed this video a lot. However, would it be beneficial to stabilize the shoulder against the chest actively during hep CR + CL side bending to apply some stretch during the process?
