Hey guys, I know it's been a while since I’ve updated everyone on what’s been going on. Probably some of you are even concerned, and I’m sorry. I haven’t been on any socials in a bit. I’ve really had only 2 main focuses right now: getting done with chemo so I can get to the next step in my Cancer Journey - Surgery - and writing new music that truly expresses how I’ve been feeling, the growth I’ve experienced, and my authentic expression, which wasn’t what a lot of my music was until now. I used to hate the world, LA, and everything. Now, I appreciate every moment. I’m happier to be alive than ever before. I find Cancer to be a blessing. I never would have found this appreciation without it. Right now, I’ve driven across the country to Cleveland for my next steps in this journey. When you spend days in a car watching the scenery change, your mind wanders. Even more so in my situation. Arriving in Cleveland, I unfortunately was put back on another round of chemo after expecting to be close to surgery. Luckily, they took me off that early. So, my next real step is surgery. I’ve discussed with my doctors the risks and realities afterward. Some of the complications post-surgery are very scary, as are some of the procedures I’ll have to deal with afterward. But the shining light is that my doctors believe I should be able to live a long life given my condition. The best part? I get to sign my new deal just before entering surgery. What a way to go under, I guess, haha. I really can’t wait to announce with you who it’s with, but it will be worth waiting for #CancerForChristmas
