If you're a fan of shaken espressos, you should try shaking the mason jar with just espresso and ice! It'll make it frothy and then you can add in the water and milk. If you like cinnamon you should also sprinkle some in when you shake the espresso and ice

I so agree with you on the gym situation! A few years back I went to a gym super close to my house, but I wasnt feeling any comfort there and I didnt enjoy going. The moment I changed it totally changed how I felt!!

Hey girllll so enjoyed watching you while eating breakfast and yes agree with some of the gyms in Korea. I love korea and im planning of moving there on day but the one of many things i will miss bout the us is the cheap, big, clean and judgement free gyms. I used a gym in korea during a stay it was small and expensive and no ac but it as the only one close to where i was. There was a kalbi restaurant right below and running on a treadmill while smelling all that bbq was not nice lol. Korean ladies would just jump in and tell me how to use the machines. I was like tysm but im fine. Kept thinking bout 10dollar planet fitness. Im sure there are many many gyms in korea that are fancy pancy but just my experience. Thanks for sharing! ❤

It's possible your skin breakouts related to processed foods containing nitrites ( any kind of smoked or processed or cure meats or cheeses). Try to reduce or cut out and see if there's a difference. You're so courageous, love your channel!

Gotta be locust in the beginning; so loud. In the southern US they were that loud years ago, but now we just hear 3 to 5 at a time. I think a weather event killed a bunch of them, so we are just hearing them regularly again in the last few years. Your nails look very pretty. And yes, walking later is def. something I need to add to my routine. Happy rest of your summer!

You are so right that if you're going anywhere to exercise it needs to be the right vibe. I got so lucky that I have the perfect yoga studio right around the corner from me. It takes like 5 minutes to get there and the vibes are immaculate. I adore the teachers and make friends with all the receptionists and chat with other regulars at the classes I frequent. I've been going 3-6 times a week for over a year and it's going to be one of the biggest things I miss when I end up moving next year. I really hope you're able to find a place that brings you just as much joy and comfort. It's honestly changed my life.
