Not me thinking you moved to a new city Lol. I just turned 34 this past sunday and I've only just recently made a new friend, it's so tough out here to either keep the friends you grew up with or meet in high school etc, sure my circle is super small, but it makes me happy that even as I'm getting older im still somehow able to meet new people with common shared interests :)

Aloha. In 2012, I moved from Hawaii to Las Vegas for a new job. Making new friends at any age is challenging, not impossible. Though I moved back to Hawaii, I continue to be friends with my Vegas friends. I like your friend tip: "Let the friendship/relationship organically evolved." A hui hou e malama pono.

I made friends by sharing a common interest-crusing, church, school, etc. I made some acquaintances by using the same laundry, stopping in at the same cafe several times, even using the same public park over several months that sometimes led to friendships.
