The villainess grabs the heroās shoulder and stabs him in his thigh.
āYouāre....a... m-monster...ā He struggles to make out the words through the pain.
āWhat defines a monster? Is it their looks? Because they donāt follow the rules other people set for them?ā She takes a long pause.
āNo, itās because we donāt meet the expectations for people like you. So we go off on our own way to prove weāre worthy to the only people that matter.ā
She removes the knife causing him to gasp and fall onto his knees. She walks behind him and puts the knife to his throat. She can hear his straggled breaths. She grabs his hair and pulls his head back.
āOurselves.ā
She kicks the body forward, head in her hand. She holds it away from her, noticing the look of terror on his face. She laughs and wonders how this weak disappointment the world called a hero had caused her so much pain. She tosses the head to the side and wipes her knife off on her black cloak. She hears sirens closing in on each side of the street. She looks around the alleyway and smiles, they think they have her cornered. The police come pouring out of their vehicles aiming guns at her and telling her to put her hands up. She brings them up, the police unaware whatās in her hand. She throws it down, smoke comes pouring out. The police rush in trying to find the villainess before she escapes. As the smoke disappears all they find is the heroās decapitated body... And a black rose. Meanwhile the villainess is making her escape in the shadows

She looked at him, a psychotic glint in her eyes. "Do you really believe that heroes can have a happy ending?"
Peter glanced at her from his chains. "Yes, and I'm determined to save yo-"
"SAVE me? Do you really believe that villains are unhappy? Please, I'm ruling the world in shoes I can't walk in, what else could I ask for? Betrayal is a bitch, but so is karma." Marissa sneered, straightening her black dress coat, which hid her weapon.
His gaze didn't waver. "You're mistaken. Is this actually what you want?"
"Of course it is. This world will descend into chaos, and I will be their savior and their fall. This world you love so much will crumble-"
"What happened to the girl I used to know? Marissa, this isn't you. I know you."
She was irritated by his interruptions, but still managed a cackle. "Mary Stellar is dead. It's Queen Marissa, or Your Majesty to you."
Peter was about to protest, but stopped when he saw a guard ready, most likely taking him to the dungeons. "Please, I'll do anything, just don't take me there-"
Marissa ignored him and took out her sword, which was incredibly shiny in her black velvet gloves. She pointed it at his throat. He gulped.
"I wasn't born to be a hero , I was born to say the most iconic lines whilst everything goes into utter chaos."

Mania turned to the Priestess who walked in black robes and a clerical collar. "I will be the last ruler. Ever." She resumed gazing out at the sunset, the stars beginning to sprout in the rich soil of the twilight, the sun only an echo through the sky with its pinks, reds and blues. "All other rulers will be eradicated," she gesticulated a person with her hand, mounted by two fingers for legs. The light of the sun passed through a filter of still bushes and made a road of illuminated dots along the balustrade. Her fingers hopped from dot to dot and expunging the light, but when her fingers hopped to the next, the light didn't return, sending an ominous chill down the Priestess' spine. "Until only I remain."

...
He finally had reached the top of the building. "Beautiful, isn't it?" He held up the half dead woman. "Its beautiful. Is it not?" He cocked his head towards her, "answer me, you imbecile."
"P-put me down, you monster," She choked.
"Put you down? Gladly!" He through her off the building, and then stared at the burning city in front of him. He grinned, bursting out into laughter. The door up to the top of the building busted open.
"Put your hands where we can see them! Now!" The officer pointed the gun at him. Others cornering him in, so he couldn't escape. But little did they know..
"Make me," He took a step back, falling off the building. The officers rushing to look, and to their surprise, he was gracefully falling down, as the building collapsed. He knew didn't he? He knew the building would collapse once the police had arrived. But why? Why go through all that just to kill himself in the end?
"Well that's a secret I'll never tell."
So anyway- I SUCK AT MAKING STORIES BAHAHHA- but this playlist was just amazing

Yeah, I have to do it.
In a dark bar, hidden from the prying eyes of "proper" society, villains gather to socialise and discuss with each other the malicious activities they have committed recently. Amongst the regulars there is a rule; "no bragging".
There were many reasons for this rule, but the main one was that the bartender was tired of listening to a bunch of blustering.
Of course, the young upstarts seemed to think that obeying the rules of quiet spaces goes against the very principle of being villains, so from time to time, there would be those who would wish to brag.
"Can you believe what a villain I am?" One of the newest ne'er-do-wells said as he walked into the bar. "I held a school full of kids for ransom and once I received my payment, I just burned it down anyway!"
The regulars weren't impressed. To be classed as a regular, you had to become quite the experienced villain, avoiding the ones who sought justice, or merely bloody vengeance. Killing kids and going back on a promise was a fast track to ending up being found washed up in the bay. You became a regular by not sucking as a villain.
"Killing kids for a few measly dollars?" Another newbie chimed in, obviously wanting to start a bragging match. "I'll just tell my pawns on the city council that the next time you pull a stunt like that, they're not to negotiate with you."
Oooh. Bribing city officials, how droll. The only people in city hall not in the pockets of everyone in this bar, (at least twice) were the janitors and that's because they had formed their own evil cabal.
"You two are just small fry compared to me!" Another amateur chimed in. "I have blackmail material on the chief of police! She is my pawn!"
Several regulars had to stifle their laughter. Oh what 'blackmail' material was it this time? Her three secret lovers? Her collection of crochet bondage gear? Her addiction to collecting the first printing of vinyl records between the years 1984 and 1986? Please. That was just one of her games to hide her villainy from the ignorant. The only reason she wasn't hear tonight was because it was Wednesday and it was her crochet club night.
The bartender had heard enough of this pathetic bragging and brought her baseball bat down upon the bar.
"You three are are pathetic!"
The three wannabe villains looked at the bartender in surprise, a woman they had come to see as stoic and unflappable, but here she was, about to lay down the law.
"Evil? Bah. I scrub more evil things from the floor of the mens room."
"Sorry Debbie." Someone called out from the back.
"You want to see the true nature of villainy, look up and cower in *fear*."
The bartender gestured up at the highest point above the bar with her bat where a silhouette hung in a gold frame, beneath it the name Sunsetdreams was written.
"Who the hell is that?" One of them asked.
"The silhouette of villainy. They have done things that make what everyone else here seem pale in comparison."
"Well what did they do?"
Oh, the regulars had heard this story many times before, some even from the perspective of the boastful rookie. They tucked themselves into their seats, aware of what evil was about to be told.
"They made villain playlists on Youtube."
"That... doesn't sound scary."
"For one of them, they used a cassette player for the animation."
"You aren't selling them as a villain."
All the regulars shivered as they awaited the final act of evil as the bartender leaned in close to these upstart fools.
"The tape, it played backwards."

The quote I'm going to be using in this tidbit:
'I'm often painted as the bad guy, and the artistic part of me wants to hand out the brush.'
-Criss Jami, Killosophy
He strode toward her, his steps annoyingly smooth. His long, black cloak, a fabric of pure darkness, swished around his feet, glinting as he walked, collecting ash and grime from the battlefield. He longed to be rid of her coy smile, her heroic stunts; but he would be nothing without her.
'You- you... Villain!" She exclaimed, hurt reflected in her glistening eyes. She was breathing heavily, her chest rising and falling in uneven spurts.
He said nothing, only smirked. He waited in silence as she collected herself. He could lash out at her right now, he'd win the fight if he did.
He didn't, however. The fight was unbalanced: Him at his best, her vulnerably weak. Not very fair; not very fun.
'I... I understand.' She breathed, her voice a silky smooth mesh. He craved to give in, to leave everything behind, but he didn't. Giving in would only be repeating the sins of his past. To him, fighting for her was a blissful mask of sin. One he ached for, but wouldn't give in to. 'You only need help!' She continued, ever so exasperating. 'I can succor you, if only you permit me!'
'Oh, Darling.' He finally whispered, his voice lowered but playful. 'Let me put it in a way you'd understand.'
She eyes him in a cautious sense of curiosity. When he uttered the words, however, a ripple of fear spread across her face. That was when she knew the end was nigh.
'I'm often painted as the bad guy, and the artistic part of me wants to hand out the brush.'
Feel free to tell me what you think!

You kept laughing and laughing while the scenery in front of you was burning up in flames.
"I feel sorry for you." - a voice behind you said.
You turned around and looked at the figure of your brother standing there.
"Look at me twice and see if i care."
You turned again towards the burning city.
"See this? This is what I've always wanted to see."
- "Why? Why is it you who wants evil upon this peaceful city?"
"All this 'peaceful' city did was give me pain. All I'm doing right now, is paying it back."
- "Loved sibling of mine, I don't think we can keep going at this rate."
An another hysterical laugh.
"As I've already said, I don't care. You and every one of these mortals can burn in ashes. I've had enough."
- "Bu-"
"Feel the pain I've felt for years. If I could get through it, I don't see why you can't."
Now, still laughing hysterically, you point a gun towards your brother who had, not only done something he shouldn't have to you, but made your childhood hell, and shot.
"Is that good enough for you brother?"
The sun wasn't still down but, the whole, once lively city, is now nothing but burned ashes.
"Time to go start a new life. In the hell i made."
