As a Canadian, I can confirm it is worse than she says. When I hear people complain about paying for healthcare, I cringe because we donā€™t get healthcare. I waited 9 hours to see the triage nurseā€¦not even to get in a waiting room, just to register to see someoneā€¦ with my 1 year old son who could not breath. When we finally got in a room, we waited 3 more hours. A nurse finally asked what the noise was coming from the room and I told her it was my baby gasping for air. An hour later the doctor came in. Donā€™t complainā€¦.you have it good. The grass is never greener on the other side. Same $hit, different dog. We have been 6 years without a doctor. From Ontario, then to Alberta, now in BCā€¦still the same. Out of the three provinces we have lived, Alberta was the best by far.

The young lady talking about the Canadian healthcare system is absolutely right in everything she said. It is getting worse and worse everyday. and yes I am a once proud Canadian!

I was working in a hospital near Yellowstone when I had a Canadian patient who had to have emergency open heart surgery while visiting Yellowstone. He and his wife were so happy that his heart issue had happened while he was visiting the US. They told me if it had happened while he was in Canada, he would have died. That really stuck with me about how the people of Canada feel about their free healthcare.

A Canadian lady in my breast cancer group was advised they would not treat her as she is late stage, sent her home to die. She came to America for treatment and is doing great!

About the trade school thing, I have a buddy who has his electricians license. It only takes 4 years of relatively easy schooling while working in the field. Him and his brother both make over 50$ an hour and are getting 230$ a day in per diem, 7 days a week working on the local military base. They make around 200,000 a year. The same goes for people who go into HVAC. If you're smart, you'll consider staying away from the mind poisoning that college gives you and pursue a career in the trades.

I know a lot of college educated men that have no clue of how to fix anything on their car or around the house but they say people that do it for a living are idiots. And then they go on the planes I fix and expect them to not crash. The irony

I loved that rant about Canadian healthcare. It is absolutely the truth. About 15 years ago I broke my nose and needed surgery to fix it so I could breathe through it. I was on a waiting list for 4 years. That was when our healthcare system was considered good. In that time we went from 35 million people to 40 million. Not sure how much insurance costs in the US but I pay about $13K per year into our ā€œfreeā€ system. AND you have a minimum eight-hour wait in the ER. I am considering moving to Texas. I want freedom.

I joined the Navy before I graduated high school. I went in as a cook so I had a job I could do when I got out. Went to a culinary school after and most of my chef instructors were boggled at the fact I was a cook on an aircraft carrier. A college degree isnā€™t everything. Life can teach you a lot more sometimes. Just remember life is a cruel teacher it gives the test first then the instruction.

Trade school is great, but it isn't a cake walk. It still involves work. My trade school experience gave me a foundation, but I was also eager to continue learning my entire life. The important thing is to DO SOMETHING and grow your knowledge and experience because that first job is just a stepping stone to your next job. At 24:18 she talks how he has worked his way up the ladder. CLIMBED the ladder... Not waited for someone to PUSH him up the ladder!!! Thanks Tyler, that felt good!

22:45 it's true. I've taught elementary school for almost 18 years, and my salary is less than a rookie truck driver. A colleague teaches special education, has two Master's degrees, and has to flip hamburgers at McDonald's several days a week to support his family. A PE teacher at the same school had moonlight at the movie theater. All the time, teachers have been told, "If you don't like it, get another job!" which is now happening. We have a teacher shortage. That means the responsibilities are added to those of the remaining teachers, increasing the workload even further and accelerating burnout.

I am a Canadian and can confirm. My father is gone because our Healthcare system rejected his cancer surgery because his cancer was "to rare" whatever that means. Boston said they would do the surgery but by the time they got the report it was to late. My mom is gone because of her misdiagnosed brain cancer. They told her she has these headaches and feels off because of the stress of losing her husband. He was gone for 10 years! They just didn't want to do the CT scan. Thats why Canadians go to the states for medical treatment.

The spices in the packaging is always going to be cheaper because you are not paying for a container too. Typically I find bagged spices by the self serve dry bins of things like oats, nuts, and candy at Cub Foods, not the Mexican aisle. I go to the Mexican aisle for vanilla.

The girl ranting about Canadian Healthcare is 100% spot on. It's because the unvaccinated physicians are still not allowed to practice in Canada. I recently delivered my second baby and it was the absolute worst experience and probably the most traumatic experience I've ever had. The hospitals are overrun with overtired, apathetic and burnt out nurses who don't give a sh*t about you. They tried to turn me away in active labor and I literally couldn't move.

The girl talking about Canadian healthcare is spot on. You simply cannot see a doctor without waiting forever. People literally drop dead in waiting rooms without ever seeing a doctor. And it is NOT free! We pay ridiculous taxes to fund it all. Itā€™s gotten 1000% worse under Trudeau.

That is absolutely what happened to my husbandā€™s eldest daughter. Unfortunately, their is no fixing them once they are that brain washed.
