If you are feeling lost, confused or need guidance, this sleep meditation is designed to both calm the mind as well as help you attune to the answers available to you as you lie under the stars and send your questions to the universe.

You are guided into a wide open space in nature where you watch the light change as time moves from dusk to twilight. As the night sky gets darker, more and more stars emerge and get brighter and brighter. They shower a blessing on you. And you start to see a pattern, a message emerges in the stars.

As you regain calm and feel a deeper connection to the universe, you clarify your questions and send them to the stars. You may see a message in the stars or receive an answer in some other form.

Attune yourself to whatever form the answer comes to you.

Sleep well and wake up feeling clear-headed and confident again.
