It takes strength to ask for help. However clear or vague your request is, you can receive answers as you access your a higher wisdom, whether you want to call this power the Universe, Source or your own inner advisor. Guidance is always available to you; you simply need to ask to receive.

In this sleep hypnosis (meditation) I guide you through clarifying your request or question. If you are not able to be specific, ask yourself: when you wake up tomorrow, what will be different? More to the point, how will you feel different to the way you do now? What will you attract, release or transform?

Through guided imagery I relax you to enter theta state to a more profound state of awareness, through which you become receptive to the answers waiting for you.

You journey to a beach in a timeless space where you restate your question or request and receive an answer in the form of a message in a bottle. Be open to all forms in which the answer may reach you; not just on paper or in written words.

And if you do not receive your answer immediately, remember it may come to you in the form of dreams or in other forms over the following days and weeks. Just like a seed, your intention needs time to take root.
