Hey guys! This so my last day of this challenge, so I just wanted to tell you that itās OK if you skip a day or two, or if you donāt do all the videos because if you were someone who didnāt work out every day like me doing this challenge, then itās a big commitment from going from no days of working out to every day working out so give yourself a break! And also I saw a comment that inspired me so I think Iāll share with you even if you feel like you arenāt doing good enough in this challenge, youāre doing better than than every person sitting on the couch watching tv. good luck babes!ā¤ā¤ā¤

To anyone who just started doing this program, you got this. It might seem hard at first, but it'll get better. I already completed this program once, now i am doing this once again. I have lost about 4 kg in two weeks. My goal is to lose four more. I didn't follow any hard diet, but maintained a calorie deficit and intermittent fasting. You will get the results you want too.ā¤

Okay so am starting my weightloss journey again. I hope I don't get distracted this time.
Day 1: Done ( near death experience)
Day 2: Done ( muscle crampsš)
Day 3: Done ( Got a bit better )
Day 4: Done
Day 5: Done!!! I don't feel drained out like before anymore š„ŗ
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Done!! No more cramps š„ŗ
Day 8: Done!! I'm getting better š„ŗ
Day 9: Done. I could never do squat jumps but now I can!!! I'm so proud š„² Am planning to do this workout untill I feel comfortable in it.
Took break for 2 days bcz of period cramps.
Day 10: Doneee
Day 11: skipped. I need to do something about my diet. š
Day 12: Done.
Day 13: skipped

Day 15: Done! So much this and that was going which made me irregular... I haven't been consistent and 2 weeks are over ik but am still gonna keep doing it. Before starting this workout, i didn't measured my lower body but i see changes. My thigh and calf fats are reduced. Hehe āā āæā ā

Day 17: skipped again.
Day 18: Completed! I think for the first time I did this workout with full efficiency.
Hey! So I came here to share my results. I've loose 2 kgs guys!! and that too without any diet. As u've seen that I wasn't irregular so I didn't get much difference but still am happy. Thanks to Chloe!! š
Am gonna stop doing this workout as I feel comfortable in it now... Am starting summer shreds from today. See u there!
