⛔BTW, I am doing this exercise after doing the shred challenge for a week, and as I am weirdo and impatient, I didn't notice much result, so I am continuing my journey here⛔
D-1:✅ abs burned
D-2:✅ abs muscle hurt so much, but I am enjoying the workout
D-3:✅Much better, finished faster, little endurance
D-4:❌fell asleep in the evening
D-5:✅ Getting better everyday. For the first time, I am enjoying a workout
D-6:❌ got lazy. Sorry!
D-7:✅was feeling a bit down but still did it, feeling so much better
⛔I know I missed doing it 2 days, but after my overall workout in these past two weeks, here's some update:-
Waist: 27.5inch (-1.5inch)
L.Abdomen: 32inch (🥺)
Hips: 36.5inch (-1.5inch)
DON'T LOSE HOPE GUYS, WE CAN DO IT!!!!!⛔
D-8:✅Stamina increasing, felt quite tired
D-9:✅ I realised anger really is a good fuel while working out🤣🤣
D-10:✅ Craving carbs
D-11:❌ someone needs to smack me sometimes
D-12:✅No breaks; back to back 4 different excercises
D-13:✅ Finished early, felt very tired today
D-14:✅ Building up
D-15: to be continued

Day 2:✅️ it was little easier to do the workout then day 1.
Day 3:❌️ i was too lazy
Day 4:✅️ it was alot easier to do the workout
Day 5:✅️ alot easier and i started to see changes
Day 6:❌️I had so much work :(
Day 7:✅️I started to see some more of a change
Day 8:✅️I got tired
Day 9:✅️I saw really good changes and i'm already happy with it!
