Charting down my days or atleast trying to die the two week 2021 shred challenge Iām gonna try staying consistent with this
Day 1-embarrassing I couldnāt even finish
Day 2- wow I did it
Day 3- ok why is all of my bloat just āØgoneāØ
Day 4-active rest day, I did some volley ball and walked for twenty minutes
Day 5- did it at like 3 am because of a random spike of motivation lol
Day 6- Iām feeling loads better than normal my diet didnāt really change btw if it does Iāll tell you

Chloe Iāve been doing some of your workouts, this is my third week now. The results arenāt visible but I can feel in my body how much stronger I am getting. Thank you for being so kind and motivating š this is the most consistent Iāve ever been with exercising and I hope to keep going for much longer. Thank you Chloe!
