Straight up, Scott wanted TNA to be a solid 3rd place. That would require an actual financial investment from their corporate masters. Something they refused to do.

The men and women have said that bumping on that is hell on their bodies. That’s why I’m not so mad that it’s gone. Keep your wrestlers safe so they can keep working. This is one of those things that it’s time to let that six sided ring go. Maybe use it once a year for Destination X…but outside of that keep it gone if it helps keep your wrestlers healthy.
