I've never eaten, but had drinks at Hogan's Hangout. It's a pretty cool place, and it's just down the street from his retail store/mini-museum. If you go to the Hangout on I think it was Tuesdays, they do karaoke and he's apparently there for it frequently. The bartenders said if you get up and sing during karaoke, Hogan will take a selfie with you.

The airport in Kula Lumpur has a Pastamania restaurant. I was there last summer. It didn't have Hogan on any of the promotion but it was very similar. You had to choose what pasta you wanted and what sauces and they put it in a paper container. I literally ate there just so I could get a picture to pop my friends back in the UK. It wasn't great.
