This video illustrates the characteristics of our current era: the belief in invincibility, the illusion of control, the fixation on youth, and the relentless pursuit of sanity amidst this chaos. We exist in a state of imbalance, losing touch with the fundamental reasons for our presence on Earth. Perhaps fear propels individuals to assert control, yet the essential lesson is that no one truly holds the reins. Our purpose is to undergo this profound life experience, but many are so self-absorbed that they fail to contribute to others, becoming quasi-gods for everyone else.
As mere sparks of divinity experiencing life, our hope is to share love, empathy, and kindness, steering away from the trappings of control, vanity, trying to stay young forever which is at its core fear—rooted in the underlying fear of death. Embracing the understanding that we are eternal, numerous near-death experiences globally recount stories, providing a glimpse of our potential. The call for balance in nature and on Earth echoes throughout history, as empires repeatedly crumble due to nuclear wars and technology. Ai will never be the answer,... The pressing question remains: will we ever grasp the true purpose of this experience, and once we do, will we acknowledge that love, not fear, is the core truth?

I absolutely love the fact that you, Bryan, are so giving to share your life and age-related findings with us/ the world. I think it's very generous. I was appalled when i saw those mean comments, it crushed me and made me ashamed of our human race to stoop to whatever they were thinking to say those things. it' awful. Just know that so many of us love you and are proud of you for doing what you're doing and sharing. It has to be very scary to go through what you do just to see where we can go as far as slowing and even reversing our aging....yes, i too have thought of us mostly half dead in zombie like states and people don't want to see that in themselves or take responsibility to help themselves. Please keep at it.....and give back...that's all we ask is to keep sharing, it is really, really helping

Very interesting interview. My question is why he thinks we're all trying to not die. I'd say, most of us, are trying to enjoy life. If a perfect sleep score is this guy's idea of enjoying life, then good for him. My idea of enjoying life is going to see Pearl Jam at Fenway Park with a bunch of my friends with a good tequila buzz - I know, what am I thinking?!!

In a world where we are surrounded by companies incentivised to promote 'bad' products, I found Bryan's focus on discipline and removal of temptation refreshing. We are all weak so removing the temptation coming from someone with his level of discipline is a really telling insight. And olive oil is something I have consistently come across in all content related to ageing. Great work, while you don't need to hear it, please keep it up on behalf of humanity. And while you beat yourself up Bryan about your communication style, today being authentic is more meaningful than polished. I believe you come across as authentic in your own way.

@Brian your are making history here. Keep up the good work. With not having any idea of what you are doing in the past I realize now that I am for many years on a path similar with yours but in a smaller scale. The changes in my mental and physical health are sound. I will watch you as long we are alive and you share your experience. Thank you SIR!

I still don't understand why he receives so much hatred. I believe he and his team are outstanding. He neither pressures anyone to make purchases nor sells any courses or merchandise. He is on a mission that he funds himself, and ultimately, even if only 5% of his research contributes to longevity, all of humanity stands to benefit from it.

Kate's struggle to align with blueprint reminded me of our need to be mindful of the struggles everyday individuals encounter when improving nutrition, sleep, and fitness. It's easy to say "stop eating so much and go to the gym" to the majority who are unhealthy and overweight but Kate's transparency reminds us how difficult these seemingly easy transitions are for us humans. She has an entire team of experts and funds backing her journey. Most of us have a weak support system, at best. Grace and compassion amongst us goes a long way. I'm looking forward to seeing where Blueprint goes and how humanity will benefit. Good on you guys.

The efforts to foresee the vision of the best mankind and create the musical nutrition of body = spirit ascension. Happiness=Health=EROS
You and Kate are pioneers of the Love of Mankind. The opposite of fast food starvation lifestyles shoved down our grocery store tech minds for the last 40 + years. So glad I found this podcast. Thank you ALL!
