this was simple! i did something similar, just added two tbsp of apple cider vinegar and one tbsp of salt but its pretty salty so i may cut it in half next time.

I suggest you use red or white wine to remove the fond from your baking sheet pan. It adds a better flavor, and any alcohol content evaporates during the broth making process. Also, using a cast iron dutch oven, rather than a repugnant, modern contraption like an instant pot/crock pot, will result in far better, more savory beef broth results. If you are going to use an instant pot/crock pot, you might as well buy the store bought broth and save a lot of time and effort. On a side note, why does your boyfriend wear finger nail polish? How billy boy of him!
