My husband and I did the 21 Day Bone Broth diet. I lost 9 lbs., he lost 14 and his doctor was shocked at his cholesterol levels. He asked what he'd been doing and said "keep it up!" He no longer takes Lipitor! Thanks DKA!

Hi Dr. Kellyann, I believe our country needs to learn how to eat all over again. The bone broth makes intermittent fasting easy! So much of the “food” in our grocery stores should go in the garbage. I really think most people just don’t understand how or what to eat! Keep going and thank you Kellyann❗️❤️

When I had my daughter nearly 42 years ago, I had a difficult delivery which resulted in an emergency csection. Very quickly afterward I started having problems with my thyroid.....lost massive weight. My Mom was freaking out and started making bone broth......the bones she used were marrow bones. Lots of marrow bones! She'd make me drink 3 cups a day! Bless her heart, after a month of drinking so much bone broth, I did not want to see it again. Now I make bone broth with bones, marrow ones included. If only she could see it.

I started replacing my morning coffee and my bedtime tea with bone broth and I feel amazing. I'm not starving through the day or when I wake up and I sleep noticeably better even on the very first day. This is so important in these times to be really taking steps to keep our gut healthy.

I just bought 10 chicken wings for £2 in the supermarket, cut the tips off and put them in boiling water with 1 onion, 1 carrot and some celery with pepper and thyme. Meanwhile I fried up the meatier part of the wings with BBQ spices and lard. There was enough meat for 2 or 3 people to eat until satisfied but I then returned all the unwanted parts to the stew pot. The resulting bowl of broth was gorgeous. It's almost magical how good I feel after drinking this down. :)

I had been saving lamb chop bones since hubby and me love lamb. My hubby would tease me about my bag of bones in the freezer. LOL. I pulled them out yesterday and made lamb bone broth in my crock pot. It was my first time making bone broth. Cooked on low for a full 24 hours. Welp, hubby said after drinking a cup today he’ll never tease me about my bag of bones in the freezer again. Just delish. I’ll be experimenting more.

The chicken idea is great, I usually bake a whole chicken for dinner in the oven once a week, then make pot pies with the dark meat and smaller white meat pieces that get left over.. Using the bones to make broth is genius!

Omg this helped me SOOOO much. I’ve been attempting bone broth for a few weeks now and 3 of my batches didn’t gel but 2 did beautifully. I cook them for a lot longer though. Everywhere you go online someone is telling you differently 😩 I do mine a lot like this except it’s in a stock pot and I also add peppercorns, bay leaves, parsley and rosemary

It's absolutely insane how so far removed our American culture has become from our ancestral roots. All of our grandmother's knew the healing power of broth. Our fast- food fast-paced production obsessed convenience demanding society is going down the tube because of we turned our backs on traditional foods and customs. Thank you Dr. Kelly Anne for bringing this to light again for us. I feel a great sense of peace and joy making my broth from scratch and a deeper connection to what my ancestors ate. We need to stop drinking so much damn coffee too. It's ruining us. I'm about to start your 21 day diet and look forward to further healing.

I have home made bone broth most of the time. I only want to use bones that are organic as much as possible, so sometimes I have to buy packaged bone broth. Very expensive and I am a senior on a budget, seriously. I decided to see this video again to learn what I might have missed. Dr. Kellyann is just gorgeous and I like her personality. I bet she would be fun to sit and have a glass of wine and just converse. I am sure she has some very great stories.

I save chicken bones and parts of many veggies I would normally throw away, in the freezer, I use a big bowl and when it's full I cook it in my instant pot. My seasons are... salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, cumin, bay leaves, apple cider vinegar and more. I use it to make homemade soups, dry beans, lentils, and sometimes gravy. I refrigerate it over night, get the fat out of it and store in the freezer in containers. It's there when I need it for my foods above. It's delicious 😋

I've been making bone broth from scratch for years, and I need to make more of it. I feel so good when I do it on the regular! I cook range free chicken roasters. Take the meat off and cook the carcass for 16 hrs in crock pot. It's delish!!!

I started last week- it's going well. Mainly wanted to say: Convenient packets go anywhere and I don't sacrifice fridge space Tastes ok at first but then I got creative- I use 6oz boiling water but no more than 8oz for a serving. Tried- Sea salt and pepper at first, serache sauce. Turmeric, garlic and onion powder I even mixed with DKA vegetable detox soup recipe! I've gotten used to taste and rarely add anything now. I do 2 packs a day but admit had 2 days with one packet due to circumstances I was in My regular meals are low carb, my gut is shrinking, my energy is improved, I'm praying for a good 21 days and beyond

Been doing this for about 2 weeks now. I do not feel like eating anything. I am craving this bone broth. I know I could make my own but I'm busy and don't have a kitchen big enough to do the broth justice. The packets are great! At first, I was a little put off by the taste but added things to spice it up for my taste. Now, nothing is added. I like it. My sugar cravings are there still but not overtaking my day to day activity! When I've eaten something, like a cookie, it doesn't taste the same. Even a homemade one. I'm down in weight a bit but honestly, the fact that my belly is getting shrunk is more important.

So glad you talked about the negative effects of MSG. Terrible chemical causes migraines and other digestive problems and heart problems. Also love lemon instead of vinegar. Jackie Mellyn retired pharmacist and nutrition advocate

Thank you for this video! The way you explain and show everything you're doing, giving reasons for it and alternatives is incredibly informative and enjoying to watch at the same time. I'd like to try to get my mom to try this. She's very picky and constantly worried about her weight, but she's also disabled and barely able to walk without assistance (no matter how much she insists otherwise!). Most of the foods she eats are junk/snack foods, but she does like using slow cookers when she's feeling better.

I have been making beef bone broth from oxtail and femur bones in the crockpot. I love your recipe that is so much easier in a pinch!
