My gosh! Sarah Raymond has been and continues to be a massive part in my journey in recovery of Alcoholism. Coming up 2 years sober and after discovering meditation I became more content in life. If I never found this channel and more importantly, her soothing voice, I don't think meditation would have ever had the same effect.. from the bottom of my heart... thankyou!! β€
