Great video. I highly recommend Sudoku to anyone as a way to sharpen mental skills even to the point that I've made several videos on my channel explaining how to solve the easiest to the most advanced puzzles. I also liked how you emphasized sleep and recovery as a way to take care of your physical and mental state.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. The better perfusion of 02 and nutrients that comes with improved circulation will lead to improved brain stimulation. Since I started exercising regularly, I can think more clearly, I am more calm, and I feel more balanced intellectually.
