Its the day before my birthday and the person I dislike the most in my life- decides to show their face. My mood has been up and down, mostly down this week. I promised myself I wont cry but the everything is frustrating right now. I don't even know if I'll be able to enjoy tomorrow. I know this video is 2-3 years old but idc I wanna post this:
this playlist just makes me happy. It makes me realize how much I've improved since a deeper pit mentally, and I'm so, so proud of myself. I found a new name I'm more than comfy with, I found my pronouns, I have a gf, a good friend group, almost all of my identity figured out, a family who cares, and I've been seeing therapists for problems. I genuinely couldnt be prouder. Now, the only thing to fix, is my insecurities/overthinking.
All I have to do for that? Tell myself that I genuinely dont care what others have to say. I'm a kid, and I'll make myself savor every. last. drop.
Note to anybody who sees this: you are perfect, you are valid, you are loved. I'm here for you. You'll find that perfect friend group, no matter how small, no matter the differences, you will find them. And if you dont? I'll be that friend for you. Whether you're confused about your gender, or maybe you're questioning therianthropy, or hell, maybe you're just thinking, just remember that you are amazing and capable of great things.
