I will do this for 2 weeks
Day one- my face feels fresh and lifted!
Day two-my face feels fine and its pretty red
Day three- did this with my friend and I’ve started to see a slight difference!!
Day four-WOW! I really see a difference in my chin!
Day five- went on a diet and definitely helped lose the weight on my face quickly! Definitely recommend a keto diet

Day 6 ig..?- MY JAW HURTSSS but I slowly feel my face getting slimmer!!

7 months later- imma be honest, this did absolutely nothing. I did this for a bit when I had a lot of face fat and nothing happened. My face is a lot slimmer now ( I don’t do these exercises anymore ) like all u need to do is eat healthy and exercise.

Something I notice is that you will not get results if you do it wrong (just like a workout). Ive noticed some small differences/changes that I made to be more accurate with this workout. This may include: making sure your using the right part of your hands and fingers, knowing where she is moving her hands/fingers, and lastly the movement of her hands/fingers. Im pretty confidient that I did this little face workout right because I literally feel it in my face every time. Im on a normal diet nothing special. so my important note is: IF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS (like my comment so people can see this important information).

ive been doing this for a month now, and there has definitely been a huge difference. i started with a round face, with really fatty type cheeks that id look like a dumpling (im not joking sigh) anyways. now that its been a month, my face isnt as round and my fatty cheeks are gone now, i have the slim face i wanted! consistency is the key, you'll achieve your goals guys!

day 8 notes: bro nahhh this is literally amazing when i pinch my jawline area, it used to have a kinda lot of fat but when i do it now, the fat reduced and my jawline got a little sharper. and just incase one of u replies "arent u supposed to be on day 13?" yes i wrote this comment 13 days ago and i should be on day 13 now but im a little inconsistent about certain things especially when it comes to workouts. but this really helps. also ive been busy at school year orientation preparation since my school lliterally starts tmr ☹️

! hey guys! I hope everyone is doing well. I decided to stop my bus for now because i now have my dream face shape. My face really slimmed alot and even my teachers noticed it. My mom told me an essay about how i should stop this because my face as of now getting slimmer is no longer good. This does not have to do anything with negativity. hey guys! im back! ☁️ if u wanna know why im back, i noticed my face has been a little puffy and it didnt stop. its been a few days since it was puffy. its probably my sleep cycle but im coming back here to do it again for 1 week.😴

update : it was my sleep cycle💀 ive been sleeping at 12 - 3 am nowadays so i slept early for once and my face actually depuffed a little but my cheeks kind of did something, so im doing this again until november 15!

day 4 notes : my face feels slimmer again. to everyones astonishment, these exercises are the group of the most effective ones to slim ur face down! and u may be wondering why i chose November 15 as the date of future accomplishment. its because im going home to my country Philippines on november 16☁️! i unfortunately wont be able to do this exercise at nov 16 because me and my parents are gonna be so busy finalizing our luggages and bags and saying goodbye to our apartment for that moment, and ofcourse do some urgent stuff at the airport. i missed my family there so much and theres only 2 weeks left! im so excited.

I did this a few days ago and the progress is great
Day 1 - i felt refreshed but i didn't see much progress
Day 2 - my face felt great i could see small differences
Day 3 - i felt refreshed and i could see lots of progress
Day 4 - i could 100% see a big difference, i'm so so happy u need to do this
Day 5 - day 5 was easy, i only could do half of it as i had to go somewhere, but after i still could see difference
Day 6 - today was good, i felt my face had been lifted and i felt very refreshed, and ill keep doing this!

I did this for 1 month and yes I saw great results. All it needs is little consistency. Apply any serum or essential oil on your face before the exercise. It really relaxes the muscles.
Really, i was struggling with double chin and face fat for years. But her exercises did wonders to my face. Definitely recommend. 👍🏻
