I have OCD and was diagnosed in middle school. I am 27 now. I didn't realize I also have minor false memory and moral scrupulosity too until seeing this video. My main subtype is perfection/organization. I have really bad nightmares about whether or not I did the right thing in different situations in my past. Just goes to show that you can help anyone by sharing your story. Even someone who thought they had nothing left to learn lol. I have also had many therapists, and none of them helped me learn more about my autism and OCD as much as the internet has.
