I was in 3rd grade. Had no idea what the lyrics meant but I still loved it. Miss my generation. The music just doesn't compare to what's out today. We had it better. Gen X

Oh my god, thank you so much. I was in 5th grade when Rush Hour by jane wiedlin was on the radio, I loved that song. I was way to young to know who sang that song much less able to afford to go out and by the tape, I WAS A KID! god damn this song brings back memories.
