Hello! My name is Lesley Timbol. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist, Mental Game Coach for athletes, and a retired competitive Women's Physique bodybuilder.
Sports encompasses both a physical and mental component. The latter tends to be more challenging for any athlete yet tends to be neglected the most.
My goal is to educate and help athletes understand the importance of mental game coaching to aid in peak performance.
Secondly, I help both athletes and non-athletes overcome the stigma of getting help and provide cognitive-behavioural strategies dealing with mental health issues.
