1. slowed metabolism from long-term dieting

How to be unrecognizable in 3 months🔥 (by April 21, 2024)

1️⃣ Add 2k+ additional steps/day than what you walk now
2️⃣ Full body workouts w/ weights 3-5x week (Petite PWR Method)

I’m 5’1, and my toxic trait is that for most of my life I believed I needed to eat less than 1,200 calories as a petite and do cardio in order to shape up and feel good🤡.

before
- chronic stomach aches
