Is your pelvic floor actually too tight?

Most women are told their pelvic floor is weak and to “just do Kegels.”

But here’s the truth: for many, the pelvic floor is actually too tight — and that can cause:
💧 Bladder leaks
⚡ Overactive bladder
😣 Hip + back pain
🌪️ Prolapse or pressure

The solution isn’t endless clenching… and it’s not just stretching either. Healing comes from learning how to use your core + pelvic floor as a system lengthening and activating while managing pressure in your body.

That’s why I’m hosting a FREE Masterclass: Tight Pelvic Floor — How to Heal on Oct 9 at 11 AM EST inside my Defy App.

For the first time ever, I’m offering a 14-day free trial of Defy so you can:
✅ Join the masterclass live (or catch the replay!)

✅ Get 5 days of guided pelvic floor exercises to put what you learn into action

✅ Explore 200+ classes, foundations, and live workshops to support your healing
You don’t want to miss this — spots are filling, and this free trial offer won’t last.

We live in a world that glorifies the hustle.

Do more. Be more. Push harder.

And sure, that can get you results for a while.

But it can also push you straight into burnout.

What I’ve learned (the hard way) is that true healing doesn’t usually happen when you’re running at full speed.

It happens when you slow down. When you pause. When you let your body and mind catch up.

That pause isn’t weakness, it’s where your strength comes back!!

So if you’ve been feeling exhausted, stuck, or like your body is screaming at you to stop… maybe it’s not about pushing through.

Maybe it’s about giving yourself space to rest, reset, and breathe.

Need a little help releasing tension and relieving stress? Comment DEFY and I’ll send you some trainings to get started 💚

You probably don’t know this… but that ache in your neck?
It might not be a neck issue at all.

Your body is one big, beautifully interconnected system — and your jaw, neck, and pelvic floor are more deeply connected than most people realize.

You’re chasing relief in the wrong places.
Lasting change comes when you stop treating the symptom… and start retraining your whole system.

That’s exactly why I created the

👉 Release & Rise | 30-Day Challenge

In just 15-20 minutes a day, you'll:

✅ Unwind tension in your jaw, neck & shoulders
✅ Reconnect with your deep core & breath
✅ Retrain the nervous system from the inside out
✅ Stop the compensation cycle for good

💥 And right now, you can join for just $35.99 — but only until July 19th.
After that, the price goes!

🎯 If you’re ready to stop chasing relief and start transforming how your body holds tension — click here to join now » defybydrmelissa.com/pages/jaw-neck-shoulder-challe…

If only we learned this stuff before our 20s 👀

We got taught how to calculate the area of a triangle… but no one mentioned that sucking in your stomach, barely breathing, or holding in your pee could wreck your pelvic floor.

By the time so many women hit their 20s/30s, they’re already dealing with pain, leaking, tension, or just feeling totally disconnected from their bodies, and they have no idea why.

Let me save you some time:

➡️ Slouching isn’t just bad posture - it impacts your breath, your core, and your pelvic floor

➡️ Sucking in your stomach 24/7 isn’t “fit” - it’s pressure your pelvic floor has to absorb

Your breath, your bladder, your core, and your pelvic floor? They're a team. And when one’s off, the rest start working overtime.

But the best part? You can relearn how to move, breathe, and train in a way that actually supports your body and sets you up to feel strong, confident, and pain-free for the long haul.

What's something that you wish you had known earlier?

Leaking every time you sneeze, cough, or run?

Waking up 3 times a night to pee?

Saying “no” to plans because your bladder runs the show?

I’ve got you 👇

Here are 3 simple moves you can do in under 5 minutes to support your pelvic floor and calm that overactive bladder 👉🏼

💡Because here’s the thing: your pelvic floor doesn’t just randomly stop working.

There’s a deeper reason and once you understand it, the healing gets to begin (it’s probably how you’re breathing).

So take 5 minutes, move with intention, and remind your body who’s boss (it’s you, by the way.)

And if you want to keep learning how to actually heal…not just manage these symptoms, hit subscribe and comment Bali to try our free 7 days beginner core & pelvic floor challenge, totally free 💚
