My name is Alec Holler, and I'm the hurdle coach for Edwardsville High School in Edwardsville, IL. I specialize in sprint and hurdle training. I'm also an assistant football coach, so many of my thoughts and ideas are transferable across sports and are not confined to Track and Field. I speak at consortiums and seminars, and will be posting clips and highlights of these, along with hurdle training videos and meet results.
