It's been about a week since the Illinois State Meet. Super proud of what we accomplished this year, taking home the second place team trophy! Edwardsville totals for the past decade: seven top 4 finishes, six top 2 finishes, and 2 state championships in the last 10 years. Congratulations to your Edwardsville Tigers Class 3A IHSA State Team Runner-Up!

My name is Alec Holler, and I'm the hurdle coach for Edwardsville High School in Edwardsville, IL. I specialize in sprint and hurdle training. I'm also an assistant football coach, so many of my thoughts and ideas are transferable across sports and are not confined to Track and Field.
