Collective Wellness by Jennifer Wagner includes a 30 minute Yoga Stretch Fusion on Tuesdays at 7am. This class is a fusion of different styles of yoga, dynamic stretching, Ballet, Pilates, and Tai Chi. This is great for beginners but is al helpful for all fitness levels. I will alternate each week from a Standing Only or a Floor Only class.
