Heyyyy fam!! Hope you're all doing well <3 I accidentally filmed over 5 hours of footage for this video so editing it took WAY longer than expected (due to an overloaded editing software and also having to trim it down to a 45 min video lol) but HERE WE ARE!

Follow along a week of eating in my life where I show you how I eat over 100G of protein per day!! This video is packed with 14+ recipes I cooked at home and I also show you how I eat protein forward when going out to meals!

Protein is such a KEY part of nutrition for balanced hormones, energy levels, strong muscles and more, and I had SO much filming this video :)
