Hey there 👋🏼 Motherhood can be isolating and lonely. Support is key! A small piece of support can go a long ways!! Having a like-minded individual to join you can feel encouraging!
That's why I started this channel with my passion for fitness and coping through life!
During my 3rd pregnancy (rainbow baby) I decided to start recording pregnancy workouts. I wanted to provide a space for us mamas to come together! I started with THREE workouts per each week of pregnancy and ended with a TOTAL of 103 fit pregnancy routines by 40 weeks!
After birth, I created a guide to strengthen the PELVIC FLOOR in a safe and gentle way. Having a guide and support along the healing journey can bring such comfort to the process.
