Iāve done many challenges from bodybuilding (yes actually competed in a show) to professional fighting it all comes with a price. You must be willing to take on those sacrifices in order to truly receive the rewards from it. As a coach and athlete Iāve been able to take my experiences and use them to my advantage.
So my lesson here is to say if your gonna do something GO ALL IN even if it means you have to sacrifice some leisurely things along the way.
