I spent about a month in Pakistan and performed Hajj with my family Alhamdulillah. During this time i not only lost muscle, felt weaker but also gained quite a bit of fat.

But the biggest advantage of being natural is you not only regain đŸ’Ș but you add extra lean body mass if you restart your training and keep eating whole foods.

Always remind your self why you started, you are never out of fight unless you give up.

Investing in your health is like investing money. You wont notice returns while you are you young but as you approach your 40s, 50s and above you will notice differences in appearances from folks who do not prioritize health. You do not have to take supplements to build muscles. But these can be a helpful tool and can slightly benefit over the long run if the following things are top notch:
1: 7-9 hrs sleep
2: atleast 0.7g/lb of protein intake
3. Atleast 1 hr of INTENSE workout 3+ days/week
4. Consumption of macronutrients 90% from whole foods
5. Atleast 2 yrs of training experience
6. Basic knowledge of nutrition.
