I publish a new workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am New York Time. The workouts cycle through Full Body, Abs & Core, Arms & Upper Body and Legs & Lower Body. Most of my workouts are beginner friendly and require no equipment. However, I do offer more advanced & intense workouts as well as workouts with weights for strength building.
