My name is Marcus Hayes and I have spend years learning ways to improve my own mental health, and my life in general. During a recent relapse from my recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, I felt that I had a duty and a calling to share everything I have learnt over the years.
On this channel I will be open and honest about my own issues, and describe the methods I use in my life to keep myself as sane and happy as I can. Hopefully this information will be helpful to other people out there, and making these videos will also help me focus on keeping my self on track. 👍
