Here to empower you with tools, skills, knowledge and fun workouts, I'm Coach Betty Rocker! They called me "punk rock Betty Crocker" when I was a kid, and that just morphed into Betty Rocker! I’m a C.H.E.K. certified trainer, I.S.S.A. nutrition specialist and motivator of personal growth, and I support women all over the world of all ages as they transform inside and out.
I incorporate a focus on form and alignment into my training program from my background as a structural integration practitioner, and my continuing education interests in cycle training, perimenopause and postmenopause training have given me even more tools to help you fine tune your training for even better results.
My philosophy is "all or something," not all or nothing, and you'll constantly hear me say how flawsome I am (emphasis on the awesome, but acknowledging my flaws and imperfections) and promoting my motto: Nourish your mind, love your body, and ROCK your life.
