Hey everyone. This channel is all about how to leverage the power of basic calisthenics to improve health, fitness, athleticism and vitality. My methods draw from current exercise science research as well as my decade of experience as a strength and conditioning coach. I have a Master's degree in kinesiology, and am certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), a TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator), and a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer).
