I’m Anne-Marie, a certified yoga teacher creating yoga that’s fun, playful, and doable for real life. Most of my classes are full of humor, imagination, and movement that feels like play instead of exercise—you’ll stretch, strengthen, and move your body while smiling along the way. Every pose and flow comes with options so you can choose what works best for your own body and energy.
A smaller portion of my classes are more traditional, gentle yoga sessions—perfect for trying a classic class without feeling pressured, should you choose so. These are lightly sprinkled throughout to give balance and variety.
Here, yoga meets real life—messy, funny, imperfect, and joyful. Show up late, leave early, modify as you need—it’s all okay. My goal is to encourage you to move, feel energized, and rediscover the joy of motion. That’s Life Yoga!
