Happy New Year everyone!! Hope you all spend some time reflecting and bringing an intention forward for the NY.
We are running a 31 day Movement Challenge throughout the month of January, if you’re wanting to build a daily routine or to bring some more inspiration/diversity into your movement practice, this may be for you!
We will be hosting this on our Instagram page (current.movement) and consists of a 20 minute livestream each day. The times will be in NZT, but we will be posting the classes afterwards if you can’t make it.

Hey friends! I have been a little quiet over here in the last few weeks while I have been completing my Personal Training course. I just 'Graduated' today (all my assignments have been handed in), so I can't wait to share some more videos with you soon!
