I love seeing other people’s grocery haul videos so that’s definitely on the agenda. As someone who believes deeply in the power of food to heal and keep us healthy, I always get great ideas from seeing what people put in their grocery carts!
And of course, I’ll be sharing lots of recipe and meal prep videos. And there will be tips and techniques for working on your mindset. I might even throw in a video of me singing one of my songs. Did you know that I’m a singer and performer with over 400 songs in my composer repertoire? 🎸🎤🎹

Hello friends! I'm here to encourage and inspire you to eat more plants! This morning, I was so excited to find frozen hash brown casserole including tons of veggies in my basement freezer! Came home from the gym, reheated it, added some homemade cheeze sauce, homemade chipotle cashew cream, sriracha and went to town! Which recipe should I make a video for and post on YouTube?
