Todayβs Workout routine:
Friday - Arm day
Warm up - Elliptical
Bicep curls - 15 reps
Triceps curls - 15 reps
Shoulder raise (lateral) - 20 reps
Biceps hammer curls - 15 reps
Triceps dips - 15 reps
Shoulder raise (frontal) - 20 reps
Elliptical- 5 mins
Repeat 3 times
Cool down - stretching

Day 52 of βsort ofβ #intermittentfasting done. Had to break fast early so I could finish dinner early. Anyhoo, I blame the late night chocolate chip cookie that I used my 2 fingers to pick up ππ.
Oh I finally got a chance to move today. Yep, forced that in. Life comes along but I choose health pls.
Workout Routine :
Thursday - Leg day
Warm up - dancing
Squat with shoulder press - 15 reps
Deadlift - 15 reps
Abs - crunches - 30 reps
Sumo squat - 15 reps
Fire hydrant - 15 reps
Abs - 30 sec plank
Repeat 3 times
Cool down - stretching
