… when I had nothing building this channel gave me purpose. I wish a traumatic brain injury on nobody. Concussions paired with a back, neck & hip injury is from MVA nearly ruined me but through that darkness I created a flicker of light that snowballed into endless light. This channel challenged me to become the best version of myself. Through trials I decided to use it as motivation to help not only inspire myself but others. Trust, this channel has a special place in my heart. Each and every one of you have a special place in my heart. My channel WILL get to a point one day where I can truly do this FULL TIME. Be there to help people bury their doubts, fears and insecurities. To turn their trials into triumphs! I’m not done: this year has been incredibly challenging. Dealing with an unsafe home environment for the first 6 months didn’t help, transitioning into working after being side lined for two years. Not being around people much to suddenly have my brain manage holding conversations again and in a stimulating environment. Dealing with crappy human beings and trying my best to not give up. I’m here to tell you that roadblocks are just stepping stones. When life feels too much. When your goals feel too far. It is in these moments where we develop that grit and find a power within us that we never new existed. To shock ourselves into success. My current goal is to post weekly until I am position to post multiple times a week again. Thank you all for the support during this major transition in my life. I have no fully fledged my career and pretty much my life to helping people heal their bodies through personal training, weight loss coaching and just being a support system. Many of you have said I’d be a great life coach well I’ve come to realize that being a PT is essentially similar to being a life coach: a good PT anyway. One who truly cares about helping people claim their power back. It’s never too late. I’ve seen people work with clients in their 70s and yet the body can adapt and overcome. The human body is incredible and I’m so excited to begin this chapter. YouTube will still be a MAJOR part of my story to help supplement my income as I build my business as a personal trainer not only that the community on here is amazing. If can help people outside my local area it’s a win. I’m still working on my online coaching side of things that is still in the books. Bare with me as I navigate how to juggle it all as I’m literally at the gym for most of the day (not complaining the gym is beautiful and I lived at a gym prior to this all anyway lol). Thank you! Highlighted Video: Why Hormonal Obesity Theory is real and not just some made up “internet” thing. I’ve actually been speaking to people in real life who understand that weight loss is about INSULIN. Yes, calories matter of course but for those who struggle with metabolic impairment due to the damage of the process foods we’ve been eating mainly carbohydrates this is where you got to understand the mechanics of weight loss. People who say “it’s just calories” don’t realize that when they cut the weight down the foods they are eating salads, high volume low calorie dense foods are foods that …GUESS WHAT BRING YOUR INSULIN levels down. FASTING is by far the most effective way to do it BUT not everyone can fast so if you effectively & consistently fast congratulations you are a rare one! Rarely, do you see anyone losing weight eating just processed carbs (unless they are using OMAD or a longer fast). When you think weight loss you think “healthy” salads, fruits and lean protein. I’m going to try my best to get something posted for this weekend! Right now I’m focusing on building my personal training business at the gym I work at once I start filling out my schedule and understanding how things align then I’ll be able to maintain a schedule here on YouTube. I’m learning a lot and I cannot wait to share it with you! ❤️ to all those who take value in my video and aren’t concerned about cosmetic choices I made under stressful situations thank you ❤️

Happy 4th of July to all you Americans out there!🇺🇸

Happy Belated Canada Day to all my fellow Canadians 🇨🇦

This is my idea of RnR being out in nature and spending quality time with my son as things are about to get turned up for me very soon. I spent the last 10 years fully focused on my little family. I’m kinda glad I had my son in my early 20s because now I can fully focus on going in entrepreneurial mode which will result in some time sacrificed with my little guy but this is the life I wanted I just had to wait a little later to get to it. I never was that woman who was like “Oh, I really want to start a family one day” I was more like “if it happens it happens”. I had other dreams but life changes us! I wanted to get my PhD (I just have a Bachelor of Science Degree & Environmental Tech Diploma) and become an ecologist, work in nature and spend time in a lab writing up scientific thesis but life had other plans! Now I am here living my real passion of fitness! I’ve always loved exercise, always love sports and always loved moving. Never have I imagined that fitness could be used as a tool to help heal the body physically and mentally. Through my own journey I discovered the power of fitness, nutrition and self care and I wanted to dedicate that passion to helping other people find their power. Enjoy the 4th and enjoy that vacation if you are blessed to have one! But you know I’ll be right here encouraging you all to get back into it once it’s done! It’s an about having a healthy balance. IT’S OFFICIAL!

I am a level 2 certified personal trainer! After everything this is so rewarding. I did not just take some “weekend” online personal training course. This course was difficult AF from the theory exam to the practical examination and on top of that jumping into job interviews while dealing with EVERYTHING I was dealing with (I mentioned it in my latest livestream). I’m super proud of myself. I passed it in one go! A few people I know either failed the theory or the practical/deferred their exam just to put that into perspective. Studying was challenging due to the concussion symptoms I was getting but working through it made my brain adapt and now it is 99% there from where it was post accident. Headaches still a challenge as my neck muscles are tight AF but as long as I don’t have a desk job and I keep exercising I’ll be okay! I’m focusing on some quality RnR! I’m finally able to put myself in the position to fast (I tried too many times while studying and preparing for my interviews and exams and I just couldn’t and that’s okay). I’ll be relaxing during this fast and over the next few weeks as I prepare myself to enter the fitness industry. Video wise I will get to that probably end of the week. I do have 3 videos I need to edit, working on building workouts (which I will add to my membership section) and I have a lot of information to share with everyone once I get into the rhythm of filming again but I really need to prioritize rest as the stress has been insane but now it’s been peaceful ❤️ thanks to my hard work. I may throw up a short or hop one live stream randomly over the next few days. I just want to say thank you for watching my videos and trust more will be coming out in July. July maybe fairly live stream focused as I’ll be super busy but I’ll be sure to bank in some information style videos (maybe a vlog or 2) over the next few weeks or so it won’t be too live stream dominated! Hey Everyone,

Did a live stream this morning! Didn’t realize that 10:00am MST/12:00pm EST was a good time to go live! Good to know as it’s a time frame where I’ll have a lot of free time as long as I’m not working out of course. Speaking of working out some major live updates in the live stream! Also, it was nice to meet some new people as well! Welcome! My name is Daniella Joy and I was 282lbs and got down to 169lbs at my lowest weight losing a total of 113lbs. I lost the weight using the metabolic switch: keeping those insulin levels low and allowing for lipolysis which is the chemical breakdown fat! I made this happen via keto first, then fasting and I got the last 60lbs off with consistent OMAD. I struggled with my weight after giving birth to my son and suffering injuries. My weight loss journey was not easy had to recover from a car accident, chronic pain and the whole lot. I stumbled and I fell but I fell my way forward to success! Why because I never give up. Weight that is gained can always be lost. Struggle can turn into strength. Failure isn’t fatal just a learning lesson. The key is changing your mindset and understanding why we gain weight in the first place. My current mission is to help people lose weight, build muscle and/or find health overall. I want to inspire people to shock themselves: to show them that they can overcome the challenges that have held them down for so long! Anyhow, I just wanted to say hi!
