As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, my goal is to provide recovery education, workout tips, and all things to do with athlete recovery and performance. I have been a member of the Sports Medicine Team for the USL Championship team (and defending Champions) Switchbacks FC for 3 years. I have worked with and work with MLS and USL players, including: Jamaican, El Salvador, Haiti, and Mexico National soccer players. I have worked with Internationally ranked Strongmen and Women.
