Hi! I’m Becky, a pelvic floor physical therapist. What even is that? I help people with pee, poop, and sex. No, not while they’re doing those things. I help those who are suffering from dysfunction of any of their pelvic organs and beyond. Leaky bladder? I’m your girl. Hard time pooping? Let’s get that 💩 out! Painful sex? Not cool, let’s change that.
How did I get trained to do this? I first spent a ton of money getting my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). I then took classes that solely focus on abdominal and pelvic health. So on top of being a musculoskeletal expert, I have worked hard to understand the parts of your body that no one likes to talk about.
But I love it! I’m here to help you learn more than you ever wanted to know about down there. Because let’s be honest, what you learned at the 8th grade lunch table probably wasn’t based on science.
