Welcome to my channel!....
I used be a professional Chef until 6 years ago, when I had to give it up due to health reasons. I have tried umptieth diets over a 20 year period and none of them worked. I wanted to loose weight naturally through a healthy diet. Two and a half years ago I decided to try the Dukan Diet, and to my surprise, it gave me amazing results. I have lost 30 kilos.
The Dukan Diet is a healthy lifestyle .The recipes on my channel are all focussed on healthy eating and have been tested.
The recipes are suited for a large number of special diets like : lowsodium, sugar free, low fat, low carb and high protein. I use a lot of organic veggies from our garden and free range eggs from our own chickens. The recipes I use are from cuisines around the world.
At first my channel will be about everyday recipes covering all your basic items, then a few special occasion recipes plus some canning recipes.
