Using 2 dumbbells for your whole body is a nice start -- but it's also why your body isn't changing anymore.
Different muscles need different weights or resistance.
Your glutes shouldn’t be lifting the same weight as your biceps, okay queen?
Here’s what to do instead:
✅ Go heavier for legs + glutes
✅ Medium/lighter weights for upper body
✅ Choose resistance that actually challenges you
💥 You’ll know it’s working when 10–15 reps has you slowing down. That’s when the real change starts.

If you ask me why I work out so much or stay on top of my fitness goals, I’ll probably say, “I just wanna look good.”
