I listen to several meditation videos but I always come back to Mindful Movement videos. I love her soothing voice. Her voice puts me to sleep every night especially during my anxious nights and wakes me up with her delicate voice to be thankful for another day. My worries and anxiety are eased after I listen to Sarah. Thank you for your videos. I love them.😊
