Thanks for sharing. And thanks for taking an interest in plastics waste. Friends who sail the world say that there is no place on earth one can now go where plastic trash isn't a problem. Fish and ocean mammals are eating it, being strangled by it, and dying from intestines being filled with it. I like the gentle pace of your videos, and, of course, you are absolutely lovely. hi , is it oK to eat beef suet. the reason I ask you this question because some people are saying stay away from animal fat because that's where the toxic is stored in the fat. I eat a ketogenic diet too I usually get my fat from ghee.
