Hi. Zero-Carb or Carnivore Diet is new to me. Are there any well researched books on this type of diet ? I also viewed a video interview of Dr Shawn Baker who's been on an 'all meat' diet for almost a year. Awesome interview. But I would like to see the research on this type of diet.

I've zero carb for 4 years. I eat only beef, about 1 1/2 lbs a day ... one meal daily. I'm 70 years old and never felt better.
