In her incredible six-decade career, Aretha evolved from teenage gospel star to reigning pop and R&B diva, recording classics like โ(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,โ โChain Of Foolsโ, โThinkโ (lyrics by Aretha Franklin), definitive versions of the songs โRespectโ and โI Say a Little Prayerโ, and global hits like โFreeway Of Love,โ โI Knew You Were Waiting (For Me)โ, and โA Rose Is Still A Rose.โ
