I was in the 8th grade in 72 when I first heard D.B. A girl name Lenor, she was different, dress different acted different from the crowd.. I think about her sometimes when I hear David Bowie, she turned me onto his music. I am glad she did. I miss her friendship. I hope she is ok and doing well..

AWESOME MIX. EVERY FEW YEARS I SEEM TO CHANGE MY ALL TIME FAVORITE BOWIE SONG. AS A CHILD IT WAS 'SPACE ODDITY," IN HIGH SCHOOL IT WAS "CHANGES" AND "ALL THE YOUNG DUDES" NEXT IT WAS "HEROES" AS I GOT OLDER, SOMEHOW I BECOME VERY CLOSE TO "LIFE ON MARS"............AND NOW AT 62 I CRY WHEN I HEAR "YOUNG AMERICANS"
I'M NOT SURE WHAT WILL BE NEXT BUT IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER. ONE OF THE BIGGEST LOSSES OF MY LIFE AS FAR AS PEOPLE WHO HAVE EFFECTED MY LIFE.

❤ I am a Man, just so everyone knows.. and I have seen David Bowie, a lot of times in concert...all in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he's The Greatest performer EVER!!
Singing, dancing, putting on a show that's Amazing (too say the least)
I have seen 100 concerts of Rock and Roll's, fabulous Rock groups.. David Bowie, [is] my favorite...yes, over The Who, Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen and The E-Street Band, The Kinks, Eric Clapton, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Bob Dylan, Yes, Van Halen, Arero Smith, U2, Dobbie Brothers, Black Sabbath, and I am leaving out many others...get my point?? Simply The Greatest...

A singular Genius in the field of modern music. Here's an ARTIST who never got stuck in his old image; He changed constantly. I've never been so SAD about the death of a great artist. I pray he's playing somewhere in the beyond.
